Anna Milanese, born in Veglie (Le), lives and works in Matera as a painter. Since 1994 he has devoted himself enthusiastically to Poetry, to the formulation of verses on social issues, Acrostics, Aphorisms, and Fables. His poems draw from everyday reality, a reality that he likes to define SWEET-BITTER. It is difficult, in this society, to find a lapse of time that helps to reflect on lifes problems. She imposed it as a rule to be observed almost daily, in order not to run the risk of becoming insensitive towards herself and others. He has participated in national and regional competitions obtaining the acclaim of the public. With the poem "MY NATIO COUNTRY" he becomes part of the "New Horizons" anthology. In the Emilio Greco competition he obtains the publication of the poem "lOmbra", participates in the "La Cruna" literary prize and in the "Raegium Juli" prize. ” ranking among the first. The poems on social issues arise from the authors need to make adolescents reflect on life problems in order to safeguard them from risks, pitfalls, dangers that will arise in front of them along the path of life.
